Been so busy with moving, work, and Dragon*Con prep, that I forgot to post the MST3K vintage tribute dresses that my friend M. Alice LeGrow and I made for SDCC! She’s Joel (with a Servo fascinator) and I’m Mike (with a Crow fascinator). Our belts are custom-made, mine with the theater silhouette and hers with the Gizmonic Institute logo, though you can’t see it in these shots. We put elements of our favorite episodes on our purses, and even brought Gypsy along for the ride!
I’m bringing my Mike dress to D*C in two weeks, so if you see me, be sure to shout “ROBOT ROLL CALL”, “Rowsdower”, or one of Captain Ryder’s many names in my general direction.

I am SO EXCITED to wear these together at San Diego Comic Con, they’ve been a crazy idea of mine for years and I’m so happy we were finally able to make them together! Whenever I hear any of the songs in this melody, I immediately think of the whole thing.
Additionally, when Tom starts singing ”Here comes Santa Claus” is one of the funniest parts for some reason.
